Hefei Casting and Forging Factory was established in 1958 and is a core enterprise of Anhui Heli. It has nearly a thousand employees and has developed 3D design and manufacturing capabilities based on the SolidWorks platform. The factory has strong process manufacturing capabilities, ranging from model design and manufacturing to casting production, machining, painting, and packaging for shipment.

Currently, it has a variety of advanced casting processes, including vacuum casting, lost foam casting, shell molding sand casting, resin sand casting, vertical line casting, and 3D printing. It has an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons of cast iron parts and 30,000 tons of machined castings. The factory mainly produces components for forklifts and related industrial vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, special-purpose vehicles, and rail transportation. Its products are exported to Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and other countries and regions.

Post-casting processes are equipped with efficient automated machines and robots, steadily improving the quality and efficiency of post-casting treatment. MAGMA and HuaZhu CAE simulation software are used to optimize processes, and various digital and intelligent inspection equipment effectively ensure the production of high-end castings.
