Keva Casting Co., Ltd. mainly uses the shell casting process, which is a relatively advanced casting process developed in recent years. This new technique has many advantages to   compare with traditional techniques. The productivity of shell making and core making are faster to ensure the production in enormous quantities. In casting factory, we have Electronic Furnaces, Automatic Mould Lines, Heat Treatment Furnace. Meanwhile, we use Advanced Testing Machines including Spectrometer Machine for chemical composition, Tensile Testing Machine, Pressure Testing Machine, Hardness Testing Machine, Waterproof Testing Machine etc. With strict quality control, KEVA's factories have certified EN 1090 by SGS & ISO 9001:2015 by Bureau Veritas.
